What do you love most about your job?
Being able to share my passion for music with hundreds of students each week–literally!!
What is a challenge you have?
Teaching 300+ students a week can make it difficult to make deeper moments with every single student. I do the best I can though.
What is a recent quick win, or tiny victory you’d like to celebrate?

What words of love / encouragement do you have for your fellow Humans?
One of the best feelings as an educator is experiencing that moment when a student has developed a skill YOU taught and you witness them attain it. Cherish that moment. I once had a moment of weakness when I felt tired of teaching private one-on-one violin instruction. But then I watched each student perform a piece we worked on together and quickly realized how much they progressed under my guidance and our teamwork.
What is something other people might not know about you?
I’m obsessed with indoor house plants and carnivorous plants.
