All of our bite-sized professional learning is packaged into a one-pager format, including tasks that are classified as Must Do, Should Do, and Aspire To Do. Typically:
- Must Do’s relate to core learning about the topic or strategy
- Should Do’s relate to building resources and seeking feedback and/or contributing to our collaborative database, and
- Aspire To Do’s relate to furthering your knowledge by diving deeper into other resources
So the choice is yours! Pick and choose where you would like to start and what topics/strategies are resonating with you. You can also choose to participate in our leaderboard by completing any of our bite-sized learning modules. You can also engage further with the Shift team as we support you with co-planning, co-teaching, and implementation support or opt-in to participate in a teaching sprint.
